Signing up is free and simple as long as you're 18 or older. All you have to do is enter your email address, birth day, postal code, and gender. From there, Mobrog lets you make money with three main methods:

Surveys are really the main earner. Available ones appear on your dashboard and have a time estimate and tell you how much they pay. You have to complete a short starter survey which asks you a bunch of demographic questions, and this took me about 5 minutes.

I then took a BMO Bank survey, which took another five minutes. After completing the survey, $0.39 deposited in my account after about five minutes, so I can confirm that this site pays and works as advertised.

I'll admit that I don't like how vague survey rates are. On my dashboard, trending surveys pay about $0.39 but can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. However, the website is easy to use, and Mobrog makes it easy to start earning some side cash.

As for the other earning options, you get $1 USD for every friend you invite to join. You can also enter Mobrog's monthly lottery where it gives away two $100 prizes. You earn a lottery ticket every time you complete a survey, so this is a random chance to get free money, although I wouldn't count on it.

Mobrog lets you cash out with PayPal money once you earn $5 USD in your equivalent currency. Some countries also offer free gift cards and Skrill payments. Plus, you can donate your money to plant trees instead, and Mobrog says it's planted over 6,000 trees so far.

A $5 cash out minimum is pretty standard in the world of cash survey websites. And even though I can't redeem gift cards from Canada, I'm more than happy with PayPal cash as a reward.
