Is Bitcoin Blast Legit?
Bitcoin Blast is legit and has millions of downloads, with a 4.7 star rating on the Apple app store and 4.2 star rating on the Google Play Store. It also lets players cash out small amounts of Bitcoin or PayPal cash if they complete enough levels.
Like other paid to play apps, Bitcoin Blast doesn't pay a lot of money. And some negative app store reviews complain about the number of ads you see between puzzles.
However, if you enjoy match 3 puzzles like Candy Crush or Lucky Match, then Bitcoin Blast could be for you.
What Is Bitcoin Blast & What Does It Offer?
Bitcoin Blast is a free puzzle game where you complete match 3 puzzles to gradually earn Bling Points, the in-app currency.
This app isn't a crypto mining application. In fact, it doesn't have anything to do with Bitcoin or crypto other than being Bitcoin-themed and offering BTC as a payout option.
Instead, the app lets you complete games of match 3 puzzles in which the puzzle icons are different colors of Bitcoin. If you've played games like Cookie Cash or Match To Win, the gameplay should feel quite familiar.
However, with Bitcoin Blast, the goal isn't necessarily to clear the board like most other match 3 games. Instead, the goal of Bitcoin Blast is to collect three stars by accumulating a certain number of specified points.
As you progress through the levels, there will be additional challenges. Often, the goal is to eliminate certain coins on the board so that gems or other items will fall through to the bottom…for example, “collect” these 12 bricks.
Typically in most Match-3 games, you swap pieces to get 3 or more particular pieces in a row, which then pop. Bitcoin Blast doesn't work like that. With Bitcoin Blast, you draw a line through 3 or more similarly-colored coins to pop them all.
There’s no limit to how many coins you can pop in one go. If you’re good with geometry and spatial relationships, you can zig-zag your way your way across the board popping as many coins as you’d like. In this way, Bitcoin Blast is a little bit similar to Boggle.
One important thing we learned while playing is that you need to stick to the goal! You only have a certain number of moves to win the game, and levels get progressively more challenging, so you need to play smart!
Every coin you pop is worth 100 points. Coins with white flashing arrows on their sides will pop an entire row, if they’re included among the coins you pop (giving you more points). Don’t confuse these in-game points with “Bling Points.” Bling Points are what you need to actually cash out.

How To Cash Out With Bitcoin Blast
You earn Bling Points as you complete levels in Bitcoin Blast. You can cash out to PayPal (USD) or with Ethereum or Bitcoin via Coinbase. You need at least 16,000 Bling Points to cash out, which takes most players a lot of levels to achieve.
The fact this cash game also offers cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH is its main selling point. And we like the whole crypto flavor the app has.
Just note that you need to make an account with Bling Financial, the company that makes Bitcoin Blast, to cash out.
Like most apps, you can make an account with Google, Facebook, or your Apple ID. Once you’ve made an account, your “dashboard” is accessed by clicking on the “settings” gear in the upper right corner.
However, if you’re using an Apple device, you need to log in to the Bling Financial website on your mobile browser or a desktop computer. On the home page in the upper right corner, there is a “cash out” button you can hit.
This is a bit confusing at first since it makes it look like iPhone players can't cash out. So, make sure you visit the website and log in so you can redeem your Bling Points.

Earning Potential
After playing several levels to test out Bitcoin Blast, we had racked up close to 300 points. This means we still need over 15,000 points to request a cash out.
You earn Bling Points whether you win or lose which is nice. However, how many Bling Points you win per round seems somewhat random. Wee believe it has something to do with how frequently you play and how many points you score in the games.
Either way, the cash outs are going to be phenomenally low. You can likely make a couple bucks with this app if you complete dozens of levels. It's a fun way to play games for PayPal cash and crypto, but don't expect to make a lot of money.
Overall, there is a lack of transparency from Bling Financial about the rewards system and cash outs, although even they admit themselves that cash out values are going to be low. Our advice to you is not to think of this game as a moneymaker. And if you do cash out, cash out to Bitcoin because at least its value can increase.

There is indeed customer support. In the settings menu, there is a help center option, and at the very bottom of that page, you can contact Bling Financial via their email: [email protected].
Final Thoughts
Bling Financial, or Blingfi for short, is on a mission to gamify the crypto space and give away crypto. They have several other games in addition to Bitcoin Blast, including Bitcoin Blocks, Bitcoin Pop, Bitcoin Solitaire, and Bitcoin Food Fight. If you have a Bingfi account you can accumulate points from any of these games.
You won't make $1,000 a day or anything even close to that with any of these apps. But if you want a fun phone side hustle that involves crypto, the app is worth checking out.
