Is The $750 PayPal Reward Legit Or A Scam?
Have you seen the advertisements offering a $750 PayPal reward and are wondering if it is legit?
Numerous reward apps and websites advertise this sort of free PayPal money reward all the time on social media.
One of the most popular sites that advertises this offer is FlashRewards.co. In fact, it promotes plenty of other high-value rewards, and claims you can earn $750 in free PayPal money just by completing a series of tasks.
While Flash Rewards is a legitimate website, their promotions do come with a catch. Actually, a bunch of them.

About The $750 PayPal Reward Offers
Flash Rewards and similar websites have offers where you can earn $750 in PayPal money or other prizes by completing a series of tasks. This seems very simple on paper, but you usually need to complete about 20 to 25 tasks or even more to win a $750 PayPal reward.
Some of these tasks are free, and can be simple like downloading an app or playing a game. However, many of the tasks require that you make a purchase or participate in a free trial (for which you can later be charged). Not only do these required actions cost you money, you are also required to provide your credit card information as well.
Plus, you have to submit proof that you've completed every task to win your $750 PayPal prize. This means taking screenshots of every task you complete, saving email confirmations, and documenting the whole process.
When you put all these factors together, it can take weeks of grinding to complete all the tasks. You might also spend $50 to $100 on tasks, and if you make one tiny mistake in documenting your progress, you might never get paid.
Flash Rewards also has a $750 free Shein gift card offer, $750 Temu gift card, $750 Amazon offer, and $750 Cash App reward. However, they all follow this format and are very tricky to actually complete.
How Does The $750 PayPal Reward Work?
To get started, you have to visit FlashRewards.co and create an account with your email address.
After you create your account, you will be asked to complete a survey that will help their website recommend different deals and promotional offers that are best targeted for you.
You can then decide the reward you would like to receive for your work and see the different tasks that are required to receive that reward. Some of these offers are free to do, and others require a financial commitment or that you sign up for a promotional offer.
For the $750 PayPal reward, you need to be a resident of the United Kingdom, United States, or Canada and be at least 18 years of age or older. Account registration information including name and contact details, and participation in offers is also required to redeem rewards.
It’s important to note that different rewards are available in different countries, so this offer may or may not be available in your country at any particular time.
Is The $750 PayPal Reward From FlashRewards A Scam?
Flash Rewards does have records of millions of dollars in payouts and some positive reviews. However, there are also many negative reviews on TrustPilot and people that say the company is a scam.
In reality, FlashRewards.co is legit and will pay you if you complete all the tasks required to unlock a prize. But it feels like a bit of a scam, or very misleading. You have to complete so many tasks to win your prize, and if you make a single mistake or don't document things properly, you won't get paid.
There are smaller reward options, like $5 to $50 PayPal rewards, that are easier to complete. But again, these offers still take a lot of time and can require spending real money.
In short, we don't think the Flash Rewards $750 PayPal reward is worth completing, and the company itself is a bit misleading in its advertisements.
What Are Some Better Alternatives?
If that FlashRewards.co $750 PayPal reward is too far out of reach, or you aren’t comfortable completing paid offers to receive it, there are definitely lots of alternatives.
The most straightforward way to make extra money is to try out various gig apps. These apps let you start a new side hustle very quickly, and some popular options include:
- Delivering food or groceries with companies like DoorDash or Instacart
- Delivering packages for Amazon Flex
- Using apps like TaskRabbit to complete odd jobs in your area
- Driving for rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft
- Using apps like Steady to find local gig opportunities
All of these gigs are effective options to earn quick money, and the payments are more stable and predictable than going for the $750 PayPal reward and hoping you get paid.
But if you want PayPal cash and don't like gig jobs, there are even more alternatives you can try.

Freelance & Get Paid Through PayPal
If you want to earn PayPal money, you can always try selling your skills online as a freelancer and then getting paid with PayPal.
I’ve been freelance writing and managing social media for over 10 years in addition to publishing my own blog. While it began as a hobby to fill the time, it is now my full time job and allows me to have a flexible schedule for my family.
There are lots of different ways to earn money from freelancing including writing, graphic design, video production, voiceovers, virtual assistant work and more. I work with clients from around the world and use PayPal to process payments and send invoices.
Use Paid Survey Sites
Another alternative to Flash Rewards' $750 PayPal prize is to use different get-paid-to websites that pay you through PayPal for completing short tasks.
Some leading websites you can use include:
- Branded Surveys: This highly rated survey group rewards users for completing surveys. You can cash out with PayPal or various free gift cards.
- Pinecone Research: This market research company offers rewards for completing surveys and answering questions on different topics and products.
- Survey Junkie: An easy to use survey site, this website offers rewards for completing surveys and sharing marketing information.
- Swagbucks: – One of my personal favorites! I’ve been using Swagbucks for many years and earned many, many different rewards. The site is user friendly and has paid out hundreds of millions of dollars in rewards.
- Ipsos iSay: A global survey panel with a low $5 cash out requirement.
- InboxDollars: Another popular survey panel with a nice $5 sign up bonus.
Tom also made a YouTube video that shares some of the top survey sites you can use if you want to make money online as a beginner.
These sites don't make you rich and are just a source of beermoney. But they are much more reliable than using Flash Rewards.
Use Reward Apps
One final alternative to the $750 PayPal offer is to use various reward apps that pay you with PayPal.
Some of our favorite options include:
- Upside: Upside is a free app that gives you real cash back on gas, groceries, and at restaurants. You can actually save up to $0.25 per gallon, which really adds up if you drive a lot.
- Receipt Hog: This receipt scanner app rewards you for photographing and uploading your receipts. It works similar to Fetch Rewards and while the payouts aren’t huge, they can definitely add up!
- Pogo: This new passive income app pays you with small amounts of PayPal cash whenever you shop.
- Rakuten: Formerly known as Ebates, this shopping extension offers users money back on purchases from over 3500 retailers. If you’re an online shopper, Rakuten is a must have!
Again, like paid survey sites, reward apps aren't going to make you rich. But you can use them to get free PayPal cash instead of wasting time with sites like Flash Rewards.
Is Flash Rewards Worth Using?
Not in my opinion. I’ve spent some time trying this Flash Rewards in the past and there were too many red flags for me to even want to continue past the early steps.
Not only does this web site require an excessive amount of tasks to receive the $750 PayPal gift card, I’m personally uncomfortable having to pay for promotions in order to receive the reward. The cost of these offers adds up quickly and that “free” reward is not actually free.
If you’re looking to make money online, there are so many other ways to make extra cash including those mentioned in this article and elsewhere on this site.
Final Thoughts
I have used lots of different money making apps over the years, and I have to admit Flash Rewards is not one of my favorites. In my opinion, they require too much work to earn their rewards and I am not comfortable being charged for promotions to earn a so-called free reward.
While that $750 PayPal reward may be tempting to pursue, that doesn’t mean you will actually receive it – even if you complete all the tasks required. The top complaint about this website from users on social media is that once they have completed the steps, they are not able to claim their reward.
While some users may be happy with their results, I’m going to err on the side of caution and focus my efforts elsewhere. After all, there are so many legit online side hustles out there that you can explore.
Large rewards can be tempting, but in my experience, it can be better to earn multiple rewards from a variety of websites and let the rewards add up.
