K, so you want a Web site. I don't blame you. They're a lot of fun to make, and they let you show the world those funny pictures of your brother wetting his pants while sitting on Santa's lap. But how do you make one?
It's actually pretty easy. That's the great thing about the Web: You don't need to be a computer programmer or anything to create a Web site. If you have a computer and access to the Internet (and HELLO, you probably have both since you're reading this), then you're just about set.
