turns on large headlines

turns on medium-sized headlines

turns off medium-sized headlines

turns on small headlines

turns off small headlines
You get the idea.
You know how sometimes you want the headline of your Web page to be bigger than everything else? Well, headlines are easy, and you can make them big, small, or in between. They get switched on with a tag such as
and switched off with a corresponding
.
If you write in your HTML file:

EXTRA! COW SITS ON FARMER. DELL IS SHOCKED.

You'll get:
EXTRA! COW SITS ON FARMER. DELL IS SHOCKED.
